Can boys and girls be friends? I believe it is possible in certain situations. I had many boy friends when I was in school, and I did not look at them as a romantic possibility - - well not all of them. According to BOP (May 2008) Nick and Joe Jonas believe that it is possible.  

“It’s possible,” Nick said, “It just comes down to trying your hardest to not be flirtatious in any way. You don’t want to be leading them on.” I agree with Nick. You do not want to lead someone on. How would it feel if someone is leading you on? That happened to me, and it does not feel good.

Joe talks about the fact that he has a good girl friend, “I have a good friend who’s a girl,” Joe tells BOP, “it’s one of those relationship where maybe something will happen one day. I don’t want to move on anything because she’s my good friend and I don’ want to ruin our friendship. It would be awkward and weird.” I can understand how weird it is.

Tiger Beat (May 2008) asked the Jonas Brothers I knew I was famous when? I would have known when I first hear a scream of a fan, but that was not on their list.

“…I saw our picture in a magazine. You can never get used to it– like, ‘Oh. I’m in a magazine,’” Nick said.

I guess seeing your picture in a magazine would be weird.

“…we were signing autographs and there was this one girl who started crying, and we didn’t know what to do! So we just sort of waved and she was crying even more — we felt so bad,” Kevin told Tiger Beat.

I am not sure how I would handle a fan that was crying, but you have to remember that they are happy to see you. There have been screaming fans for a long time. I cannot think how far back it would be maybe as far back as Johann Sebastian Bach.

Joe realized he was famous when “. . . someone asked for my autograph. When it’s for Broadway stuff, it’s different because it’s for a part, but when it’s yourself and you’re signing ‘Joe Jonas,’ it’s like, ‘Whoa, wow, cool.’”

I guess I would have to agree with Joe. I would have to add to my answer before for someone ask for my autograph.

According to www.nationalledger.com, the Jonas Brothers will be singing on stage on Wednesday at the American Idol, along with Carrie Underwood.

The Jones Brothers will be singing their song “S.O.S.” Carrie Underwood will be performing her new single, “Last Name.”

I guess that does give me good reasons to tune into American Idol tomorrow. Not only to see them perform, but to see which David will win.

Have you ever wondered how other people let their crushes know that they like them? I have always wondered. BOP Magazine (May 2008) asked the Jonas Brothers the same question.“I’ve learned not to rush into things so quickly if I like someone,” Nick told Bop, “I don’t practice what I say before I call my crush. That would be really lame.” I am not sure if I would call it “lame”

. It may work for some people. I would have to say that I would practice because if not I would forget what I was going to say. Then again, there is always writing it down.  

Nick didn’t really go into details, “My crush will definitely know if I like her. I make it very obvious.” Come on Nick, don’t let us keep her wondering how you let her know. Do you writer her a letter, call her on the phone or go right up to her?

Joe gave one of the best answers, if you can catch it, “I have codes at meet-and-greet. I give girls I like a wink sign. I also smile a lot and have a playful laugh.” But Joe, what are the girls supposes to do if you let them know? You wouldn’t want to miss letting the right girl, for you, walk on past you.

Now we know what the Jonas Brothers do when the like someone. So girls, keep you eyes open, so you do not miss a thing.

According to Tiger Beat (June 2008), the Jonas Brothers look forward to family dinners around the table. Not only do they look forward to the dinners, but their mom also does, “our mom really likes to cook for us whenever we’re at home,” Nick said.

Joe adds, “[Jonas family dinners] are big with us. We’ve done that our whole life.  We talk about normal stuff and about work.  It’s awesome.  It’s a lot of laughing and talking.  Our house is definitely a loud house.  We have a lot of family friends who come in a lot.”
Wouldn’t it be great to join them for dinner?  A lot of families do not sit down to at a table for dinner any more.  They prefer to eat at different times or in front of the T.V.

According to www.businesswire.com, Burger King Corp. announced that they will sponsor the Jonas Brothers’ concert, “Burning Up Tour.” The Jonas Brothers will be touring 38 cities in North America.

Burger King will be offering the Jonas Brothers fans free samples of Fresh Apple Fries, which sounds good. They also will give away tickets to the concert, and for some fans they will have a special meet-and-greet with the brothers.

In July, “Burger King Corp. will give fans special online access to the summer tour, including ticketing and venue information and exclusive behind-the-scenes sneak peeks and sweepstakes opportunities at www.bk.com.” said businesswire.com.

Great News! According to Http://thebosh.com, the Jonas Brothers will be in the magazine Teen Vogue for the June/ July 2008 issue. Hayden Panettiere will be on the cover, and the magazine will be on sale May 20, 2008.

According to United Press International, the Jonas Brother will be staring in a digital 3-D feature movie. It should be out in theaters, in the U.S. next year, according to the Walt Disney Studios. This film will have footage of their “Burning Up” concert, and it also will give fans a glimpse into their lives.

“We can’t wait to start working on this film for our fans,” the Jonas Brothers said . “It’s going to be awesome and we really want to bring a totally unique and different movie experience to everyone whether they’ve seen us live or not.”

Next year, seems like it is a long way off, but you can look forward to their movie, “Camp Rock” and the cd that will be coming out.

No matter where the Jonas Brothers go, they are greeted with screaming and cheering fans. According to Jan Westmark,www.allheadlinenews.com, that is also true when they showed up in Washington, D.C., wearing tuxedos, attending the annual White House Correspondent’s Association Dinner.

Hosting the event was Craig Ferguson, who is the host of the Late Late Show. Craig was born in Great Britain, and he has just recently become an American citizen in January.

Other celebrities that were at the event were Lauren Conrad, Joel McHale, Marcia Cross, Rob Lowe, “American Idol’s” Michael Johns, Colin Firth, Donatella Versace, Ed Westwick, Tim Daly, Rosario Dawson, Martha Stewart, Tracey Ullman, Ashlee Simpson, Pete Wentz and Ben Affleck and Jennifer Garner.

With all those celebrities, you wonder who will be setting next to whom, and what they would be talking about.

“We hear we’re sitting with Martha Stewart,” said Kevin to People.com.”That will be really cool. Hopefully by the end of the night, she’ll say we have good table manners.”
