According to http://prwallstreet.com, Michelle Obama wants the Jonas Brothers at the Inauguration Party, if her husband wins the elections. That would be a honor for both the Obama’s and the Jonas Brothers. But it never hurts when you daughters love the Jonas Brothers. I guess we will see what happens.

“Walter the Farting Dog”

The Jonas Brothers along with Freddie, will be starring in “Walter the Farting Dog,”reports Variety. The film is based on the children books of the same series.

The books are written by William Kotzwinkle and Glenn Murray, and illustrated by Audrey Colman.

I have not seen the books or even heard about it, but I have read that they are family friendly books. The Jonas Brothers are going to be busy, which should be coming up around next Spring.

The Jonas Brothers Are Preforming at the AMA’s

The Jonas Brothers Love To Prank People

According to the October/November 2008 issue of Twist Magazine, the Jonas Brothers love to rank people.

“When we’re on the road, living on a bus, there’s not much else to do,” Nick told the magazine. “But Joe, Kevin and I don’t really play too many pranks on each other. We team up on other people, like our bandmates!”

Nick tells the magazine about some of their pranks.

“One time, we snuck onto our band’s bus and redecorated their bunks. For one of the guys, we hung up girlie-looking posters. Everything was pink with hearts on it! The next day, we snuck back in and changed everything again. One of the guys is a Boston Red Sox fan, so we hung up pics of the Yankees!”

The Jonas Brothers think of the pranks together.

“I’m good at pulling pranks, but Nick’s the mastermind behind them! He’ll come up with a good idea and then he’ll think of a sneaky way to pull it off. And Kev can say anything with a straight face- -he never gives anything away,” said Joe.

The Jonas Brothers love to play prank on people. I am sure their well be more stories of their pranks coming out. I wonder if any of his band mates have tried to get them back.

Hollywood seems to keep everyone on their toes. According to Wendy Cook, writer for www.nationalledger.com, Joe Jonas and Brenda Song, The Suite Life of Zack and Cody and The Suite Life on Deck actress, maybe dating. It was rumored that Selena Gomez introduced 20-year -old Brenda to Joe Jonas.

I was not aware of this, but according to www.imdb.com, Song made a guest appearance, which was uncreated, in Camp Rock. She played a girl near the lake.

I am going to have to go back and look. I did not notice it the first time.

Kevin Stands Up For His Brother

According to the October/ November 2008 issue of Twist Magazine, Kevin Jonas wore the famous “Team Demi and Selena” shirt to support with Selena and Demi, but also his brother Nick.

The shirt was worn a few days after Miley talked about her relationship with Nick.

“My brothers and I always have each others’ backs,” Kevin told the magazine.

Which brings up the fact to never mess with any of the Jonas Brothers.

According to www.okmagazine.com, the Jonas Brothers will be playing at halftime during the Dallas Cowboys vs Seattle Seahawks game on Thanksgiving Day. They will be kicking off the annual Salvation Army Red Kettle Christmas campaign.

I guess watching football would be great dad time… Then again you can just come in, when half time starts.

According to http://news.sawf.org, the Jonas Brothers’ Lovebug video will air on Sunday, October 19 on the Disney Channel. The video was directed by Philip Andelman.

“We are so excited about this video. We encourage you to watch it with your boyfriend, girlfriend, Mom, Dad, and even Grandparents. We hope they will all love it,” the boys write on their MySpace blog.

Is The LoveBug About Miley Cyrus?

The song “Lovebug,” may not be about Miley Cryus, according to Jennifer Trevorrow, writer for www.entertainmentwise.com.

Nick Jonas says, “Really, it’s about just falling in love with somebody. And how if they break your heart - or however it ends - you think, ‘That’s it forever,’ until the lovebug gets you again.”

The Jonas Brothers are claiming that the song was inspired by The Beatles and the wonderful movie, Juno.“The vision for the song actually came from some different inspirations,” adds Nick.

“But Juno was one of our favorite movies at the time, and the soundtrack is always kind of odd, so we decided to put those elements in the song, and it came very nicely.”

“I think there are a lot of things we draw from, but that song in particular is a Beatles influence.”

There are many things they can find an influence, but some of it has to do with what they go through.

According to www.fanbolt.com, the Jonas Brothers use The Beatles for inspiration. The brothers say that the group is their “idols,” but in no way do they compare themselves to the British legends.

On their website, the brothers wrote,”It is an honor BUT we definitely DO NOT compare ourselves to the Beatles. We look to them as a source of inspiration but we don’t think anyone will have the impact that the Beatles have had on music.”

You never know. The Jonas Brothers could be bigger than the Beatles.

The Jonas Brothers Are Going to Las Vegas

According to www.ktnv.com, the Jonas Brothers will be preforming on November 29^th at the MGM Grand.

Tickets will go on sale on Saturday, October 4^th at 10 a.m.

The tickets will run from $45 - $90.

That is not a bad price. A lot cheaper than what I have seen for other bands. $45- $90 was what we paid in 1994 for tickets to our favorite singers and bands.

Friends

Kevin and Nick Jonas sat down and talked about friends to M Magazine ( Sept 2008 issue).

“In School, your friends change constantly. You start hanging out with one person, and you could be best friends with another by the end of the year,” Kevin told the magazine.

I did not do that growing on. I pretty much had the same friends, but each person is different. It seems like my daughter keeps changing friends.

“I know my friends really well, and I trust that they’d never made me feel uncomfortable,” Nick added.

According to www.okmagazine.com, the Jonas Brothers will be adding an extra show in Los Angeles to celebrate the launch of American Eagle Outfitter’s new kids line, 77Kids, on November 14.

The concert will be online, there will be interviews with the brothers and their fans get to see what goes on backstage.

Frankie Jonas

According to www.accesshollywood.com, Frankie Jonas will be appearing in his brothers Disney show. He will be playing their younger brother.

The show will start filming on September 29, but it will not air until Spring 2009. I am sure that it will be worth the wait.

“It’s going to be a funny show and it’s going to be a great cast,” Joe said. “I’m really excited.”

Dancing With The Stars

The Jonas Brothers performed live on “Dancing with the Stars” on Wednesday, September 24th, 2008. The brothers played “Love Bug,” as some of the “Dancing With The Stars” professionals took to the dance floor.

“It’s really cool to see them dance to one of our songs because we didn’t know what it would be like for somebody to dance to it,” Joe Jonas proudly told ET. “And to see them choreograph it — it makes you really excited and makes you want to perform a little bit more.”

Is it just me, but… Was Joe Jonas also out there tap dancing a little?

The Jonas Brothers and the dancers did a great job.

The Jonas Brothers got to meet Britney Spears at the MTV Video Music Awards, according to www.usmagazine.com.

“Hell yes - we were so excited!” Kevin Jonas told Usmagazine.com at Sunday’s City of Hope benefit concert in Universal City, Calif. “It is an honor and privilege to meet Britney Spears, of course. She looked great.”

She did look wonderful at the awards. It is great to see her back. I wanted to see her preform, but she didn’t.

Joe Jonas added, “We didn’t want to become a ‘Hi, Britney Spears, nice to meet you’ and take a picture [type-of-thing]. I said, ‘We have always loved your music,’ and I told her she was the first CD I have ever bought,” Joe counties “She was like, ‘Wow! Thank you,’” Joe told Us. “She asked us how Big Rob [her famous old bodyguard] and Felicia [Culotta, Spears' former longtime personal assistant] were doing.”

I do not think I could just walk up to someone, and ask them for a picture. I would want to spend hours of their time talking with them. By the way Joe . . . May I have a picture?

Jonas Brothers Answer Questions On Their Myspace Blog.

According to Ken Lee, writer for www.people.com, the Jonas Brothers start answering their fans question on their - - ASK US ANYTHING blog.

One of the questions, that was asked by a fan, was whether they have dated a fan or a non-famous person?

The brothers wrote, “Yes, we have already dated fans or girls that are not celebrities. In fact, we really like to believe that the girl we will spend our lives with will be our biggest ‘fan.’”

Another question was who are they dating or who did they date? But.. The Jonas Brothers are telling, “”It is our rule to not talk about our personal lives, especially who we are dating. The same would be true if we were dating you.”

What gentlemen they are.

Nick’s Birthday

According to Mitch Marconi, writer for www.postchronicle.com, Nick Jonas got a new golden lab puppy.

He spent the day walking the dog, and letting the media take pictures of him with his puppy. So far the name of the beautiful puppy has not been disclosed.

Also, there is more good news. Nick can now get his permit to drive. Woo Hoo!

Dodgers Stadium

According to www.aceshowbiz.com, The Jonas Brothers rented the Dodgers Stadium, for Nick Jonas’s 16 birthday, to play a baseball game with 15 of their closets friends. The brothers rented the stadium for around $30,000.

That is a lot of money, but as long as they had fun.

The Jonas Brothers and their friends play from 10 P.M to around 12:30 A.M.

It sounds like Nick had a great birthday.

What a great thing! The Jonas Brother’s kindness continues. According to www.aceshowbiz.com, the Jonas Brothers took their family and friends out on a $5,000 shopping spree to American Eagle. One of their friends, that was there, was “Camp Rock” co-star Demi Lovato.

The brothers only bought themselves boxers and T-shirts . . .

What they did for their family and friends were sweet.

If You Are Interested in Dating One of the Jonas Brothers…

According to the August Issue of J-14 Magazine, the Jonas Brothers tells their fans what to do if you are interested in dating them.

“If you do happen to meet our mom while she’s walking around the venue, make sure you’re really nice to her, because that’s what’s really important to

us,” Nick said.

Kevin agrees with Nick, “If Mom says yes, then it’s a go! If she says no, you just better cut it off and walk away.

The Jonas Brothers are giving their fans hints about what they look for in a girl, what to do if a fan wants to date them, etc. Start taking notes.

London Premiere of “Camp Rock.”

According to Mari Kasanuki, writer for www.people.com, the Jonas Brothers are now an international phenomenon.

On September 10, 2008, the Jonas Brothers went to London for the European premiere of “Camp Rock.” At the premiere the brothers were met by 1,000 fans.

“You know, we’re just trying our best every day,” Joe told reporters. “We’re just trying to make our mom proud every day.”

I am sure she is proud no matter what.

Beckham Brothers

The Jonas Brothers may have another band right on the tail of their success. Well maybe in about 10 to 15 years from now. So who is this band? It could be the “Beckham Brothers”. Yes, Victoria and David Beckham’s children.

“The whole entire family’s amazing,” said Kevin Jonas told GMTV. “We got the honour to meet them at the Teen Choice Awards. And we met the boys and we took pictures with them - and Victoria said that the boys wanted to become the ‘Beckham Brothers’. And so we were like, ‘Yes!’”

“One of them can break-dance very well!” added Joe Jonas.

Joe is right. I believe it was the youngest Beckham who broke out dancing on The Teen Choice Awards. He was good.

The Jonas Brothers Got to Meet Spears.

The Jonas Brothers told UsMagazine.com that they wanted to meet her.

“We really hope we get to meet her,” Kevin Jonas said. “That would be an honor,” Kevin added.

“I wanna meet her,” Nick said.

“She was the first CD I ever bought, so it would be cool,” Joe told the magazine.

“You want to pull for Britney and hope for the best,” Kevin added.

I am glad that they got that chance. Britney looked wonderful on the VMA’s. It looks like she has pulled herself together.

Russell Brand’s Jokes

Watching the MTV Awards was hard for me. I got tired of Russell Brand’s “jokes” about the Jonas Brothers and their purity rings. The camera did pan to the brothers, who were not laughing or smiling at all. I have to admit that I would not be happy about it. Before I turned it off, I was lucky enough to hear Jordin Sparks defend the Jonas Brothers. Way to go Jordin. That shows you how classy she is.

Nick Jonas said: “I don’t know if there is really a positive (to come out of Russell’s comments)- he was kind of running out of material after a little while,” Nick Jonas told www.mtv.co.uk.

Russel seemed to keep running with the purity rings “jokes.”

So what would, the Jonas Brothers tell Russel, if they had the chance.

Joe said,”I’d give him a hug. I think he needs a hug!”

“Dancing with the Stars”

According to www.accesshollywood.com, the Jonas Brothers are going to be preforming on “Dancing With the Stars.” They will be on the show two days after the show begins. “Dancing with the Stars” will premiere on September 22, and the brothers should be on the show on September 24.

It is hard to hide a relationship. Just look at Miley Cyrus and Nick Jonas when they dated. According to www.usmagazine.com, recently the Jonas Brothers went out to dinner with Selena Gomez and Taylor Swift at Tao in NYC.

It looks like Taylor and Joe have been getting to know each other since Swift made a cameo in the Jonas Brothers concert film, which will be released in 2009.

The article said that “Swift and Gomez, the star of Wizards of Waverly Place, left the restaurant holding hands.” Now I cannot say if they meant to say it that way, but I am hoping that they meant that Taylor was holding Joe’s hand, and Selena was holding Nick’s. Kevin and Big Rob, their body guard, were also with them.

WOW. According to http://tristatehomepage.com, the Jonas Brothers is having a contest, where they take 40 fans with them on vacation. Now what fan would not love that?
